OFFICIAL RULES FOR PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE INSTANT WIN GAME
A limit of one entry into this Instant Win Game is allowed per individual and per e-mail address for this online promotion. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible. Publishers Clearing House Giveaway No. 2292 is limited to U.S. residents who are physically located and residing in the U.S. and are Search & Win users. Principals and employees of Publishers Clearing House, their affiliates and subsidiaries, their contest processors, their immediate families and the Board of Judges are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply.
2. How to enter the Sweepstakes
To enter, scratch the entire online scratch card once between October 20th, 2011 (12:00 AM, ET) and October 23rd, 2011 (11:59 PM, ET). Match any 3 prize amounts and you will win that prize. Please see Section 4 of these Official Rules for information on How to Claim a Prize. Entries received after October 23rd, 2011 (11:59 PM, ET) will not be eligible to win an instant prize.

The promotional period for Giveaway No. 2292 begins October 20th, 2011 (12:00 AM, ET) and ends on December 31, 2011 (11:59 PM, ET).
Prize: Five (5) One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) cash prizes; Three (3) Fifty Dollar ($50.00) cash prizes; Ten (10) Ten Dollar ($10.00) Amazon Gift Certificates; Fifty (50) Five Dollar ($5.00) Amazon Gift Certificates.
Everyone who scratches the card and does not win a cash prize or gift certificate in one of the above-listed amounts will be eligible to receive 2 entries for a $5,000.00 prize from Publishers Clearing House Giveaway No. 2290.
4. Winner Selection Methodology: Computer-generated potential winning times will be randomly selected during the promotional period and prizes will be randomly assigned to the winning times. If you are the first person to scratch at or after a winning time during the promotional period, you will win a prize.
In the unlikely event that, due to a system malfunction or other technical error, more than one person is identified as a winner of a single instant-win prize, PCH reserves the right to hold a random drawing to determine the winner of the prize.
5. How to Claim a Prize
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and photograph in television commercials, in website promotions, and for other promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. Parent or Legal Guardian must act for a minor.

By entering this promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Board of Judges. Publishers Clearing House and their agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Publishers Clearing House which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Publishers Clearing House reserves the right to terminate the online portion of the promotion. Entries become the property of Publishers Clearing House and and will not be returned.
Publishers Clearing House reserves the right through decision by the Board of Judges to disqualify any entry determined to be the result of tampering with the Publishers Clearing House online system in violation of the letter and spirit of the official rules. Any use of programmed, automatic or scripted entry methods will void all associated entries and individuals using such methods may be disqualified for future entry opportunity.
Decisions of the Board of Judges are final. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to play will be deemed to be the entrant. Failure by Publishers Clearing House to enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
